New Home New Room

 

 This year's  Christmas was fun. I got to have Christmas with Momma and Papa Mo, Spicey. Then the next day James came home from his school and I gave him his pressies. Then Gramma came over and we did more Christmas. 

After that, I went to Papa Vinnies and we had Arrow Family Christmas. I got spoiled with lots of new stuff. Papa and Mr. Jamie gave me lots of new stuff.

They also told me they were getting land near Momma and Papa Mo so they could spend more time with me and Spicey.  Before we moved into the new house I ran over to BlessidBabies to get a new outfit on sale that would be great for moving day. I hope it snows again soon. The flowers and grass have started to bloom again.

Snow Fun

 

My family all went for a horseback ride. We had lots of fun. We stopped for a bit and I played with some snow kids. They were catching snow and making snowballs. I tried to catch the snow but had no success unless you count catching some flakes on my tongue? 

One of the snowkids was making a giant ball by rolling it in the snow on the ground. I watched for a few. Then I noticed the snow had stopped and it was getting late. Papa Mo wanted to go home and watch a movie with us. Can you guess what we watched?

Christmas by the Lake

 

Snuggles and I went exploring near the house. Of course, I had to borrow a tie from James and Spicey's Hair clips to complete my explorer look. We found this nice cabin by the lake.  We don't know where it came from but it's nice inside. I made a wish that I had someplace nice to sit and there was a chair with a stool and a pillow Christmas tree. On the wall behind was a friendly-looking snowman picture too. I sat down in the chair and Snuggles curled up on the stool and we sat there for a bit.  

I wondered for a while whose cabin this could be. I hope they don't mind us being here.   Anyway, I sat back in the chair to relax and noticed a present. The tag said "Open Me". I know those words because James read me Alice in Wonderland. This does kind of feel like that.  Well, as you can guess I opened it.  You would not believe what sprang from the small box.

There was a wonderful bedroom set that was shaped like a sleigh. It had a toybox and a holiday shelf. There was even a poor elf doll on the floor. She looked like she was sleeping so I let her sleep. I found some new pjs on top of the chest. I put them on and then moved the chest over so I could climb up on the bed.  

Of course, you have to test the bed with a few jumps. By the time I was done exploring and jumping, I was so tired I curled up under the blanket and took a nap.

Christmas Snow Angel

 

  So winter is here and so is Christmas.  I wanted to know what all the fuss was about being an "angel". So I dressed up like an angel and made me a floating cloud. It's a good thing Momma was out shopping with Grandma because she would have fussed seeing me floating over the top of the house. 

Anyway, I got up high enough that I could see what was going on in the woods near the house. I found a baby deer who seemed lost. I floated down and used a bit of magic to make us some milk and cookies.  I'm not sure what kind of cookies baby deer like, but  I did share them with her.

Before I left I wanted to give the baby doe a present, I've heard it's better to give than receive, but I'm not totally sure what they mean by that. However, I remembered that I had a new star plushie that lights up. I showed it to the baby doe. She really seemed to like it. I gave it to her and petted her soft head. "Merry Christmas my baby deer".

Winter Cabin

 

Spice and I had so much fun playing in the snow we didn't even know it was dinner time. Aunt Trin called us in. She had a change of clothes for both of us. We got to roast marshmellows on the wood stove and have hot cocoa too. She even let me use magic to light the candle by the snowman. I was afraid at first  that it would melt the snowman. 

After dinner we got to sleep in the big bed in the cabin. I think the bed is better than the igloos but don't tell  momma.  We jumped on the bed and played games. Spice even read me a story. We even passed out on the bed.

I bet this bed can fit all of us if we tried. I mumbled as I drifted of to sleep.
