The weather started getting cooler and the leaves turned pretty colors. Momma said I could sleep in the yard with my sissy. She helped me put ice and sodas in the cauldron. She even helped with a pumpkin pizza. I put up my tent and sleeping bag that I got at The Cove Event. I was waiting for sissy to come home and put her stuff out. While I waited I played with my new unicorn and dragon.
Suddenly I heard a sound from the bushes. I wasn't sure what the sound was. I tucked the dragon in the tent to guard stuff. Then I took my unicorn with me and ran to the house.
I thought I'd find Momma in the house but Aunt Trin was near the porch. She came over and picked me up. We never did find out what the spooky noise was.
