Firey Friends

 

So my sissy told me all about the dragon friends that came to visit her the other day. I wanted to see them so I crawled into her room to find them. I  couldn't find them. I crawled up into the beanbag chair she sat me in and fell asleep. When I woke up I found a cute phoenix bird perched on my outstretched arms. 

I helped her move to my belly and we talked for a bit. I found out that she is a Rare pink phoenix. I couldn't help but touch her soft feathers. She giggled. It seems that she was looking for her dragon friends too. I guess Sissy hid them well in her room because neither of us could find them.

She noticed I was getting sleepy again and snuggled up with me to keep me warm as we took a nap waiting for the dragons to return.

Flying Lessons

 After Mr. Jamie loved how cute I was, Papa started tossing me in the air. I'm sure about these flying lessons. I don't have my wings yet and I hope he doesn't drop me.

So he kept tossing me up. This is nothing like the time Uncle Azi took me for flying lessons.

EW Not That Again

I Miss My Sissy

 

Would you believe it just after our party my sissy got really sick. Momma put her in her room and said no one was allowed to go in except her and Papa Mo.   I was okay the first day but as the days continued I began to miss my sissy. I pulled all my stuffies out by her door and a sleeping bag too. If sissy can't come out and I can't go in.  I'm gonna camp right here!

Every now and then I would hear her cough or groan. I'd lean down and peek under the door. "You otay in dere Sissy?" I'd call.  She'd never answer.  I wish I could go hug her and make her feel better. 

I sleep outside her door each night. Momma doesn't say anything. She just smiles and tucks me in before going and tucking sissy in. She even gives sissy hugs from me. Sissy get betters soon. I miss you

Welcoming 2024

 

All the adults went out to party for New Year's. Before they left they said we could stay up. Momma and Papa Mo even bought us pizza for dinner. I got pineapples on mine. Momma said James was in charge. 

Spice and I played games, and tried to read James's homework books, I found his wand which he quickly took away. He gave us game controllers and let us play his video games. They were too hard for me but Spice was up to the challenge. She kept asking him a million-and-one questions about the games.

James finally passed out on the sofa and enjoyed his chips.  I watched Spice play the game from the floor as my banana pal and I enjoyed our pineapple pizza. He was glad there were no bananas on the pizza. 

As midnight approached Spice and I switched on her Spotify and had a dance party. We danced into 2024. Then James put both of us to bed and went to bed himself.  I couldn't sleep so I went back downstairs and sat on the sofa. 2024 is too quiet. I'm gonna miss 2023.
